I want to officially extend my apologies to Brian Rocheleau. I had thanked him in my book, and there was a publishing error that printed his name as Brain instead of Brian. I was mortified when I finally caught this error, especially since I always attempt to get the name right (and advocate for all of us to do so). In a future edition, I will make sure to correct this error as well as some of the other more minor blunders.
